We answer to your questions
Is there a car park?
On Corso Dalmazia the parking is free of charge but we cannot assure you there will be an available spot. When you arrive you can come here and we will help you with your luggage and we will tell you where to go. We also have an agreement with a private parking only few minutes from the Standard B&B which offers our guest a special fare of 5€/day.
Do I need to bring my shower gel and shampoo?
You can make room in you suitcase because in every room you will find 3 different flavours of “Le Petit Marseillais” shower gel, professional shampoo and conditioner and the hair dryer.
Is there WiFi connection and Smart TV?
At Standard B&B you’ll find WiFi internet connection and every room has a Smart TV. You can login with you personal account to watch Netflix or Prime Video. Always remember to disconnect your account when you check out but don’t worry we always check the logout of our guests when they leave the Standard B&B.
How often the rooms are cleaned?
The rooms are cleaned every day.
How often the common area are sanitised?
The rooms are sanitised at every check out while the common areas are sanitised every day after the cleaning procedures.
How often the laudry is changed?
The laundry (bed sheets and towels) are changed every 3 days
Is it possible to use the kitchen?
Guests are not allowed to use the kitchen. There is a corner always available to guests to prepare a coffee or a tea but the kitchen cannot be used to prepare meals. If you need to leave something in the fridge you just have to ask and we will be glad to help you.

We stayed in this really cute and stylish B&B for a few days. The location is perfect, it's very easy to walk to the beach in a few minutes. It's close to a lot of restaurants and the train station. Our hosts were really nice and helpful. They gave good tips and helped us out when we had any problems. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was so good. So many variety and almost everything homemade. We couldn't stop eating. They also had non-dairy milk which is just superb. Thanks you!

Letizia prepara ottime colazioni a base di dolci. A colazione potete trovare buone marmellate, ottimi succhi di frutta e frutta fresca. Le camere pulitissime e la biancheria ricercata.

È accogliente e confortevole sembra di essere a casa propria, la camera era piccolina, ma molto graziosa e curata nei minimi particolari, la posizione comodissima alla stazione. La cosa stupenda è stata soprattutto la colazione. Muffin, banana bread e tantissime altre golosità fatte a mano da Letizia che viene incontro alle esigenze dei suoi ospiti. Nel mio caso ha preparato tutti i dolci senza lattosio perché sono intollerante.

The room, the house in general, was awesome. There was no a detail not taken care of. Everything was thought for making guest `s stay just comfortable. The host, Letizia was fantastic. She recommended us plenty of nice towns and beaches to visit in the area. Location wise, the house was in the center of Civitanova, close to the two beaches of the town and perfect located as base for visiting the surroundings (Conero, Macerata, etc.). Parking is available on the street, free of charge. Last but not least, the breakfast was a MUST! cakes and other pastries homemade and good Italian coffee!

Esperienza davvero piacevole in una casetta con un’eccellente cura ai dettagli. Pulizia della camera impeccabile e ottima posizione rispetto al centro e alla spiaggia. Colazione nel cortile interno molto soddisfacente e abbondante. I padroni di casa sono due ragazzi davvero disponibili e gentili che trasmettono a pieno l’amore per ciò che fanno! Grazie ragazzi.

La posizione del B&B è eccezionale se si vuole visitare la città, oppure andare al mare. Per quanto riguarda la colazione, la proprietaria ha un talento incredibile nella pasticceria, rendendo il pasto mattutino davvero valevole.
