In our Standard B&B we welcome you in a house in the old seaside town of Civitanova Marche which we have equipped with every comfort.
Here you will find the intimate atmosphere of the houses of yesteryear, where for us, feeling at home means being at ease, being welcomed and feeling good.

Our B&B has 3 double bedrooms and offers a homemade breakfast with good, genuine products.
Breakfast is always included in the service and it’s our favorite time of the day. We really love to take care of this moment so you can rediscover time for yourself.
We are addressing to those people who are passing through Civitanova Marche for work and to those who want an intimate and family welcome or to those who want to spend a few days at the sea exploring the area: from the Conero Riviera to Sibillini mountains.

How it’s divided
Our B&B is made up of:
- On the ground floor you will find a entrance hall, a kitchen and a delightful courtyard where during the summertime you can have breakfast or relax at the end of the day.
- On the first floor two double bedrooms: La Barchetta and Giù al Faro with private bathroom, both equipped with air conditioning, Smart TV and WiFi internet connection.
- Upstairs is the Sottocoperta room: our most spacious room, also equipped with air conditioning, WiFi, Smart TV and with the bathroom for the exclusive use of guests on this floor.
The Standard B&B breakfast is daily prepared with love and fresh seasonal products.
Everything you’ll taste is homemade: cakes, muffins, cookies, croissants.

We would like to introduce ourselves
We are Letizia and Angelo
We believe deeply in hospitality as a value, inside and outside the walls of our bed & breakfast.
We met while touring together in the backstage of a theatre company. We travelled a lot while working together and for several years we recreated a welcoming, housey spot in all the places we were.
In 2013 we decided to change our lives and we chose to live near the sea where Letizia was born. We also chose to open a business that could welcome and make those who were passing here for work or wanted to spend a few days on vacation, feel at home.
We love to explore these lands where we were partly born and partly we are also foreigners.
Our passion for hospitality is the spark that gives life to everything and the light that guides us.
We try to listen to our guests and to meet their needs, starting with breakfast.
