At Standard B&B we have 3 double rooms and a home made, genuine breakfast. This is always included and it is also the moment we truly prefer.
If you have any special requests we will be glad to listen to you and we will prepare you what you need or prefer.

If you want, here at Standard B&B, you can have room service for free. You choose what you want, you tell us at what time you would like to have it, and we will knock at your door when everything is ready.
You’ll find a table and a tray outside your berdroom door with everything you’ve ordered so you’ll start your day in the intimacy of your room.

We stayed in this really cute and stylish B&B for a few days. The location is perfect, it's very easy to walk to the beach in a few minutes. It's close to a lot of restaurants and the train station. Our hosts were really nice and helpful. They gave good tips and helped us out when we had any problems. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was so good. So many variety and almost everything homemade. We couldn't stop eating. They also had non-dairy milk which is just superb. Thanks you!

Letizia prepara ottime colazioni a base di dolci. A colazione potete trovare buone marmellate, ottimi succhi di frutta e frutta fresca. Le camere pulitissime e la biancheria ricercata.

È accogliente e confortevole sembra di essere a casa propria, la camera era piccolina, ma molto graziosa e curata nei minimi particolari, la posizione comodissima alla stazione. La cosa stupenda è stata soprattutto la colazione. Muffin, banana bread e tantissime altre golosità fatte a mano da Letizia che viene incontro alle esigenze dei suoi ospiti. Nel mio caso ha preparato tutti i dolci senza lattosio perché sono intollerante.

Posizione ottima, nel Borgo dei Marinai: comoda alla stazione e al mare. L'organizzazione, la freschezza dell'ambiente, i gestori acculturati e sorridenti. La cura dell'ospite e dei dettagli.

The room, the house in general, was awesome. There was no a detail not taken care of. Everything was thought for making guest `s stay just comfortable. The host, Letizia was fantastic. She recommended us plenty of nice towns and beaches to visit in the area. Location wise, the house was in the center of Civitanova, close to the two beaches of the town and perfect located as base for visiting the surroundings (Conero, Macerata, etc.). Parking is available on the street, free of charge. Last but not least, the breakfast was a MUST! cakes and other pastries homemade and good Italian coffee!

Esperienza davvero piacevole in una casetta con un’eccellente cura ai dettagli. Pulizia della camera impeccabile e ottima posizione rispetto al centro e alla spiaggia. Colazione nel cortile interno molto soddisfacente e abbondante. I padroni di casa sono due ragazzi davvero disponibili e gentili che trasmettono a pieno l’amore per ciò che fanno! Grazie ragazzi.

La posizione del B&B è eccezionale se si vuole visitare la città, oppure andare al mare. Per quanto riguarda la colazione, la proprietaria ha un talento incredibile nella pasticceria, rendendo il pasto mattutino davvero valevole.
